Hey everyone cannot believe my last post was in July 2015! I have been crazy busy since then and have been trying to relaunch my new brand. I started getting a bit bored of Chella Beauty last year and decided to return to my passion which is of course Hair Dressing and Styling For those who don't know I have been a Stylist for nearly 9 years now and have worked my way up from Junior Stylist to Assistant Head Stylist in Tony and Guys- Yes its meant working every weekend, but so far its been so worth it.
Whilst at Tony and Guys a few years back I decided I wanted to start my own mobile hair dressing company along side my regular works, and that is exactly what I did. It was named 'Chella Phillips Hair' (the old Facebook Page can be found here). Since school and well for as long as I can remember I have always had the Nickname 'Chella' I think it was my little sister Maddie who came up with it as she couldn't pronounce Michelle when she was little, and from then on it kinda stuck, so that was the name I went with for my first mobile hair dressing company.
Since then I have been on many beauty courses and have also taken a Hair Extension and Tanning course as well, and for a while I was busy building up 'Chella Phillips Hair' which then turned into 'Chella Beauty' back in 2014. Well two years have passed since then and I can honestly say I have loved every minute. I am so lucky to be able to say I love my job, I especially love my amazing clients whom I now consider as my friends. If it wasn't for these lovely people I wouldn't be doing what I love so much now- so Thank you to each and every one of you!!
This year I decided I wanted a completely fresh start from the beauty side of things and have gone back to just Hair dressing and styling (I am still currently doing Extensions) I have decided to take a bit of a back seat beauty wise for now and focus on my passion for hair- Of course I will still make the effort to see all my regular clients for their beauty needs.
So what's in store for 2016...
I have set up a new company called 'Michelle Phillips Hair and Design' and have just got my business cards and letter heads designed (by my lovely friend Shannon- Thank You so much you are a creative genius).
They are in at the printers at the moment and I can't wait to see what they come out like. I am hoping to get some Flyers printer off and hopefully a new logo for all my social media accounts soon as well.

So as you can see they are very professional looking. I wanted them to look colourful, fun and very girly just like my personality but of course keep them looking mature and professional as well. That is why I have gone back to using my Full real name this time, I want to give the new brand a more grown up feel one that hopefully shows I am serious and dedicated to what I do.
I have lots of new ideas and things coming up and I will of course be re-branding this website soon so I hope you will look out for that!
